You’re about to let a stranger work on the lock that keeps your house or your business shut, so you should know how that has gone for other people. Our Google Business Profile carries the full record, good and bad, and the reviews below are pulled straight from it rather than hand-picked.
The recurring themes are simple ones. How quickly somebody turned up when a customer was locked out. Whether the price at the end matched the price on the phone. And whether the door still worked properly afterwards, which matters more than people expect, because a lock fitted slightly out of line will bind and eventually fail.
Where a review is critical, it usually comes down to timing on a busy night or a job that turned out to need parts we didn’t have on the van. We’d rather you read those too. If something went wrong on your job, call (647) 479-7764 and ask for the owner.

Mentioning the actual job and the neighbourhood is genuinely useful. “Rekeyed three locks in Scarborough after we bought the house” tells the next reader far more than “great service”.
Reviews tell you how a company behaves. They don’t tell you what your specific job costs. For that, call and describe the door, the lock or the vehicle, and we’ll give you a range before anyone is dispatched.
